A database corrutpion and several weeks of travel interrupted postings, but we now back on line.
Much has happend in the interim period.
Synergy consultants have been busy training on Dynamics Ax 2012 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 at Microsoft offices. We also attended a super convention with Prophix in Copenhagen. New projects have started in all areas of the business, across the region. ( U.A.E. Oman, Egypt, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain etc)
Our soltuion portfolio continues to evlaove both Dynamics ax 2012 and Dynamiocs CRM 2011 are major new releases with much enhanced features, and we also offer mobility solutions for both with projects in hand..
We have new, powerful soltuions for IT compliance, auditing and policy enforcement, a new in memory technically advanced and very rapid response time BI tool that has quickly attained over 200 clients in Asia. Sunsystems is available at version 6 and is now called Infor Financials Enterprise, with a Sharepoint Ui, SSRS reports and a super new integration and workflow tool ‘ION”. Synergy will again be running regional training for implementation parners at our offices in February.
The latest release of Prophix this month includes a new module for detailed bottom up budgets and forecast which is intially focused on manpower planning but can be used for planning of other ares for example fleet costs,
We also seeing a lot on interest in our Asset Management solution which is widely used in conjunction with Sunsystems, Oracle and SAP.
