FlexPort Calls contains a large number of auxiliary tables
for Vessels, Ports, Quays, Routes, type of Cargo, purpose of Call etc.
This means that information are entered only once and then reused from the
relevant records.
FlexPort can be used by small as well as large
enterprises.

Within each type of Fee the company can make its own
Assistance/Fee codes. Ship’s Fee may contain codes for the actual Ship’s
fee, for local Pilotage, for distance Pilotage, etc. Services may
include codes for transport/redeployment, intermediate lifts, booking,
sealing,
- Contract Lease where everything is carried out fully automatic after
set-up. An infinite number of items are created automatically and
approved for invoicing.
- Periodic payments (small craft fees) with management of payments
with recurring invoicing. One payment at a time is approved for
invoicing.
- Loose Space booking which is non-periodic management and Invoicing
of Space booking where the Invoice is created when needed.
- Compilation of Payments in Periods according to Calls ("Monthly
fees"), e.g. Ship’s or Passenger Fees.
