Interflex time recording and access control hardware is tightly integrated with the software.

The hardware supports a wide variety of card technologies and is modular in design.

 It is capable of storing 100,000+ transactions and also ensures that no information is lost once recorded in the system.

The hardware automatically synchronize with the software. Thereby ensures that any changes made in the software are automatically reflected in the hardware.

Time Management Systems
The Time management system IF6020  reduces the administration burden by automating the entire time recording and managing process.

The IF6020 is a client / server application, that is modular in design, scalable and highly flexible in structure.

It supports a variety of operating systems and uses windows technologies as it main interface.

Working hours regulation
The system allows the flexibility of defining detail day schedules and week schedules including breaks or special working hour periods such as Ramadan, either for individual employees, or for a group of employees. The calculation of Overtime can be designed based on the organization policies.

The IF6020 ensures that changes in the wage settlements or company agreements can be implemented whilst complying to existing personnel data in the system.

Shifts Management
It has the ability to cater to multiple -cycle shift employees. It allows automatic changing of shifts of employees depending on his authorization. Thereby ensures that unplanned shift changes requires no subsequent rectification.

Time Corrections
Interflex time-keeping system reduces the administrative burden and really proves it value by allowing corrections to be carried out at a later point in time. All time recording accounts are automatically recalculated after corrections are carried out.
